I love yoga...if you are familiar at all with it, my fave is hosted/narrated by Rodney Yee and it's called "Yoga for Energy"...it's in 5 sections (I think) but you can do all or any particular ones as desired...if I run through the whole thing it takes about an hour and I'm TIRED when I'm done...

It's my fave of all the yoga workouts I have...
