Very interesting.
I know it won't make it by this Sat but I saw this link.
Make a cut-out and use the cut-out to trace the cookie shape onto dough. Maybe your grandson and his birthday guests can decorate the seahorses.... but I don't know if boys are into that??? Ask him.

Make them yourself; with cookie cutter or stencils and pre-packaged sugar cookie dough, and decorate.......
