The federal government has an agency ICE, that does immigration, they are over worked and under staffed.
They do not normally go after many illegals in the US.

Illegals are arreested for various crimes , theft, DUI, and more and are not keep even when arrested for other crimes, they are ticked or serve thier time and just released normally.

Unless this is a mass group, they may get to it, in a few months, or may never get to it.

The fed usually watch people for a year. Depending on the case no one knows when they will charge you or indite you. If you think you are being investigated chill out. Its that simple. Don't do stupid and do something you regret cause your freedom means more than the crime.
