Not online, but do you have access to a Marshall's store? I just bought some very pretty blouses for $1 a piece. Pants were $2-$5, depending on how detailed/fancy. SETS were around $5.

Breezy Beach Wear is a fun one. They only sell tops though (T-shirts and sweatshirts), but they have some really cute ones for little girls. I like Kona Cutie the best!
