i was at the pool with my friend and my friends brother i was siting on the edge over the pool when my friends brother who is 16teen was trying to pull me i am 14teen in the water and i said no stop you don't want me to land on you and he said '' maybe i do'' WAT DOES THAT MEAN!!??

It means maybe he wants you to land on him. He probably wants to sue the pool as a result of unsafe recreational conditions.

It means you should probably keep away from him. He's evidently attracted to you and would like to get closer -- bodily closer. You're too young, so forget it. Hang out with kids that are closer to your age. There's plenty of time for sex. They say money is the root of all evil, but sex runs a close second.
