son in prison in FULTON,MO since 10/2005 for charges he didn't
commit! his attorney and himself have provided more evidence for his release than for his conviction! supposed court date is 8/24/06.they need more help ! can they get It?

Have you rallied all of his friends and family to write (handwritten is best) letters to all elected officials in your area? Have you got the media on side? Those things help to shine a light on the truth of a case and once the truth is out, it gets harder to ignore him.

sounds like his lawyer needs more help than anything. Have him file a writ of Habeas Corpus, and have them produce the evidence in a hearing. If the judge determines a lack of evidence, he should be turned loose.
