My ex boyfriend and I were together for almost two years when we broke up. Nothing really bad happened we just are very different people and we wanted different things (there is a pretty significant age difference between us--I am much younger). I am looking towards my future and having a family and a stable life. He still is very active and doesn't want to be strapped down. He also has two kids from his previous relationship and isn't sure if he wants more children. These are a few of the reasons we didn't work out. Or so I thought. Recently he has come back into my life and we are having so much fun together and he wants us to be a couple again. He claims he wants the same things as me and is really ready to settle down but I am really apprehensive because things didn't work out before. Anyone have any advice?

i say date him and find out if he has changed...date him for a long time..if he is what you want (including those kids) and isnt just playing you ...then go father than dating.......if he becomes the same person as be4..have no hesitation in dumping him and 110% moving on

It OK having fun, if you both the same things.

One of my ex lovers wanted us to get back together but nothing had changed from before. So I turned him down, it hurts and we are good friends instead.

Good luck

sometimes ppl change, and change their minds. when u guys broke up he probably realized wat he lost. get back together with him and see how things turn out. if hes in the same state of mind in the previous relationship, then u should just break it off with him and find someone else. just go with the flow and see how things turn out.

from personal expereience dont put ur guard down and dont trust him as much as u did until u are 110 percent sure he means what he is saying to u .

u might want to try and work it out. It doesn't hurt to be the bigger person. Good luck!

follow your heart...if you have a positive feeling then go back with him. if it's a negative feeling, say you're too nervous to go through it again
