Can refers to the ability to do so. So, yes, the anti-religious are able to discriminate against the religious.
Should is the more appropriate term. Your question is "Should" the anti-religious discriminate against the religious?
My answer? If you are already anti-religious, you have already discriminated against the religious. A better term would have been "non-religious".
Should the "non-religious" discriminate against the religious? is a better question.
My answer? Are you really worthy of knowing? I think not, as you have shown an obvious lack of ability in forming rational questions.

Why not they do it all the time both ways I am Not Anti- Religious, But am not Religious either Jesus said if you want to be Religious or do Religious works Visit the Poor and Fatherless., That was the extent of his Religion, He was the One who set us free from all those old religious Cerimonies.

I discriminate between tolerant people and muslims all the time. I know full well that if it believes in Islam, it is almost certainly intolerant and full of hate.
