Ok, since KFC officially changed their name to KFC from Kentucky Fried Chicken a few years ago, how do we know that it seriously doesnt stand for Kentucky Fried Children now?

It doesn't stand for anything, because that is now the entirety of their name. The fact that they used to be called "Kentucky Fried Chicken" means your brain will attempt to connect the two, but KFC is now officially KFC and nothing more.

I heard a funny rumor that they had to legally change the name because they were serving some genetically mutated freak-chicken with 6 breasts and 8 drumsticks or some sh1t and the FDA made them stop calling it chicken.
