That information is protected and not available to the public. If a crime was involved, you can contact the police. Otherwise, only legitmate, authorized agencies can obtain that sort of information.

What state are you in? If somewhere like California, good luck... you're not going to get it.

If you're in a state with more lax privacy laws, like I am in Texas, you can find this information. I do it on a daily basis at my job, and can find all the vehicles registered to a person, at an address, etc.

Try www.publicdata.com. It's not as good as the site I use at work, but I don't think that one is available to the public.
