I love my little sis dearely, but she freaks out with almost everything and is always being a pain in the butt, rarely listening to me(parents tell her to listen to me). I just get so fed up sometimes, is this really normal, for both(5 yrs apart)

Yes, it is true. Fighting with your siblings is normal, but there are limits, remember that. Your sister needs to understand that when you are in charge or when your parents tell her to listen to you, she needs to do it. It sounds like your sister is in need of attention and maybe she feels like that her needs are not being met. Try this and remember it: Ignore behaviour you don't want, and react to behaviour that you do want. If she is screaming, whining, and carrying on, let her do it, no matter how annoying it gets. The only time you get in is when her life or someone else's life is in danger. What I find works the best with babysitting is by creating a timetable. It teaches kids to be organized and to listen to the rules.
