No toilet. You use a "piddle pack". Sort of like a ziplock bag with an absorbent material in it, similar to the stuff disposable diapers are lined with.
And you take a dump before takeoff; no way to handle that in-flight.

no toilet of course..but they got some sort of tube to attach to their thing and they piss into this bag.
they had the same thing in ww2, with those high altitude b17 bombers, and at such altitudes, the airmen couldnt really urinate cause the bag would be frozen solid
also if their ***** touched the metal tube, their members would be stuck there
adnt then they would have the very bad decisions of either yanking it off, sustaining injury OR leaving it like that, but the cold weather would cause it to shrivel and die

regardless of you do, dont get LASIK surgical treatment. The AF will discourage it, get consultation ON PRK surgical treatment extremely. the reason being Lasik has a skill for issues of the resourceful and prescient after surgical treatment. Prk is a lot safer path. in spite of the shown fact that, you may desire to talk over with an AF OTS recruiter first and see in case you've surgical treatment, and get your packet for officer commissioning.
