What should i do?!??!?!!?!!??!?

i was at a mall yesterday on my way to the restroom. then one of these stupid cell phone kiosk people comes up to me and i automatically say, "No thank you." well he doesn't leave me alone. he's like "this isn't about phones." Again, i'm like "No thank you, plz leave me alone, i'm not interested." then he practically corners me by one of the stores and whispers "what type of phone do you have?" I got so mad i just walked off into one of the stores. then i see him with one of the other annoying salesman saying, "you have to act like a shark, and get your prey in close." to say the least, i never made it to that restroom because it was down a long hall and i didn't want him to follow me like he was. as i was coming out of the one store, he was doing kinda the same to others and even young children. if i had kids and he did that to one of mine, i would have slapped him. he was also making sum what i think unappropriate comments to people, they all were.

Yeah, I know what you mean. Those kind of people are as annoying as a mosquito, and they haven't the foggiest idea what "no" means. You did the right thing by walking off and ignoring them.

If you are ever accosted like that again in a shopping mall, find a security person and report the offender. I'm really surprised that shopping malls allow that type of solicitation. I doubt if any shoppers give them the time of day. I certainly don't.

File a complaint with mall management. Yes, they are sales people and they are trying to make a living, however they still do not have the right to harrass you. If enough complaints are made the mall will put a stop to the practice or ask the company to leave. They do not want to upset their customers.

I would get his name if you can report him for harrassment to his boss or mall management, get a camera and get him on tape doing it to other ppl. He can't do what he is doing especialy to minors. Why does he think he gonna sell some thing that way anyway he just gonna make ppl mad and scare them away. Hes an idiot report him right away go back and try to catch him in the act. I beleive what hes doing can be considerded illegal!

Call his store manager and complaint about it. Date, time and name of the sales person.. Or put a written complaint with the Mall security office... Speak up or it will go unnoticed

If they act like sharks, act like a Japanese fisherman. Before they even get to the second volley after a rebuff say, loudly, "step away from me or I'll call security." It makes anyone within earshot think someone's hitting on you. ;)

Go see the supervisor at that kiosk. If you do not get satisfaction, call the cell phone company.

I would report him to mall security or to the mall manager. I had a similar incident but it was one of those foreign people (nothing against foreigners...just learn what "no" means) trying to put lotion on my hands. I said no before he could even ask me and then he said, "Well once I rub it on another part of your body, you won't say no." Ew....

I would have first tried telling him he's very annoying and he's definatly not getting any think out of me like that...if he'd try to corner me again, i'd go ahead n slap him !

It sounds like they're like boarderline lunatic salesman, you should definitely let the mall management know so they can take action.

Go to the main desk at the mall and complain. It is inappropriate and uncalled for.
