It depends. If you ate lean protein and carbs, it could be considered a pre-workout meal; in this case you can start in 30 minutes. However, if it was a big meal, it is better to wait at least 1.5 hours (better 2 hours).

U are suppose to wait 2-3 hours to workout after a meal. U have to let ur food digest. I learned the hard way, during cycling class my meal came up!

swimming after eating myth was based on full stomach pressuring heart =heart attack.
good idea for walk after eating cause it helps stomach digest. u have to figure out by how u ate & feel.

I think at least half an hour. You can get a stomach ache if you do it too soon.
