Her name's Shivon, Shes beautiful and she means everything to me; but unfortunatly she does not feel the same about me as I do for her, she has that feeling for someone else called Max. I'm jealouse and I want to win her before Max does. I asked her on MSN Messenger if she is going to ask him out and she said she doesn't know! I know how you feel mate. What you need to remember, is that Max and her may not last. Girls always need friends. And no matter what, they'll always need a guys opinion. Maybe you should stick it out and work at your friendship. Be selfless. Stay with her when she needs you. Give her advice. Don't tell her what she wants to hear but make sure you don't hurt her by saying exactly what you feel about Max or whatever. Gain her trust and let her become reliant on you. Then maybe, she will realise how much she needs you and will need to take it further?

You have to ask her out for a fun date and thats it. If she goes with the other guy let it be. Still remain friendlybut keep some space there because you may still have a chance down the road but leave other options open to seeing other girls.
DO NOT lay it on heavy with romantic poems or flowers or anything like that. That would be an instant turn off for her if she is undecided about you. Just be very cool about it and tell her you have strong feelings for her and see how she responds to that.
Again do not lay out any romance before you have some type of idea what she feels for you. keep it cool becasue it takes more time for a girl to have strong feelings for a guy than it does for a guy to have strong feelings for a girl.
And another thing do not be just friends with her because she may just view you as a friend pal and that is not what you want. if she chooses the other guy back off and see how that turns out. Not easy to do but it would be the better approach than being her buddy friend.

I can give a suggestion...but if you really do love her then you would know what would win her heart...think, does she like little sweet things, like if you drew her a picture or wrote her a poem...or is she someone who loves to be involved, maybe take her to do her favorite sport, or teach her how to play a sport-just the two of you
Or there's always asking her to take a walk while the sun is setting and then sitting down somewhere that is at least a little private and has pretty scenery (a park)-or take her to her favorite place (restaraunt, movie theatre, mall, etc.) and talk to her when it's night and the stars are out-it's really nice when a guy feels comfortable enough to just talk with you...and you know you can trust him and that he actually cares what you're talking about (ask questions about problems or things she was/is excited about to let her know that you pay attention when she talks)

Truth is no matter what you do if she wont love you, nothing willchange her mind. BUT Keep being the sweet romantic guy and nice and respectable too and with time her eyes might open to see that she has been missing something all the time. It might take a while but patience is a virtue.

Sweetie, this is one of the hardest lessons in life. You can't make someone love you if they don't. You can be kind to them, and give them everything in the world, and that might make them like you, but not love you.
My suggestion is to talk to her. Tell her how you feel. Lay it all out there and then see how things turn out. She might want to go out with you, and she might not. Either way, you need to know that you did all that you could.

are you sure she doesnt have feelings for you too? i would go and ask her in person if she would go out with you, then you'll know if anything is gonna happen. each senario is different, the best way is to ask.
