Try Lemonade! Also there is sparkling grape juice both white and red by Welch's. There are also some very good non-alcoholic wines out there. You may need to search the web for some stores in your area that supply the non-alcoholic kinds.
There is also a really good punch recipe that my family uses and I used it at my daughters wedding (we don't drink either)

1 large envelope of strawberry kool aid
1 large can of Dole Pineapple Juice
1 2 litre Sprite
Mix together makes approximately a gallon.

Start saving your gallon jugs and several hours before the wedding pour 2 cans of chilled pineapple juice and 2 envelopes of strawberry kool aid in a jug and shake together and put back on ice or in the fridge. When you are ready to mix just add 2 - 2 litre bottles of sprite per mixed jug of juice and koolaid - Good Luck!

I think it depends on the season! Sherbet punches have come up a lot, but they are not very refreshing in the summertime. Hot chocolate with some peppermint extract would be a big hit at a winter wedding (especially if you can find *white* chocolate drinking cocoa!).

One of my favorite non-alcoholic mixed drinks is ginger ale and cranberry juice. Cran-apple juice would make it particularly appropriate for an autumn wedding.

If you are looking for a really good punch, try one of the following recipies:

Sprite, Cranberry-Raspberry Juice, Raspberry Sherbet
or
Ginger Ale, Tropical Juice of some kind, Coconut Pineapple Juice, and Pineapple Sherbet

For both, you can leave out the sherbet.

Also, I once went to a wedding at which they served floats... they had Rootbeer, Orange, Coke and Strawberyy Floats. It was great!

Depending on your budget & menu. An ice sculpure with the drink coming out of it will add an elegant touch. Non alcholic Margararitas with Mexican food. Shirley Temples are tasty. A punch fountain. On a small budget a varity of sodas and bottled water.

Sparkling apple cider (some folks use sparkling grape juice)

It comes in bottles like wine and champagne, it LOOKS like champagne, you can even give it to the children at the wedding if there are any and it's perfect in champagne flutes for even the wedding toast.

You can usually get it for $3 or $4 a bottle (about 25.5oz) and just chill it down and serve like you would champagne :) We served this at my grandparents 50th anniversary party and it was a hit!

Where I work, we cater many weddings, year-round. Sparkling Cider is the non-alcoholic beverage chosen most often for the "official toast" - you can still use champagne glasses and the kids love getting their own champagne glass to participate.

For the reception buffet line, offer a fruity, carbonated punch (you have been given some excellent recipes here) and, of course, coffee.

This is a punch I make that everyone raves about.

1 can frozen fruit punch, 1 lrg bottle ginger ale (raspberry gingerale if possible), 1/2 bottle soda water. Frozen berry mix.

Mis it together and put ice cubes and the frozen berries in. Try it at home, you'll love it.

Congratulations. I hope your day is perfect.

that's rather stable. Get a huge punch bowl. Get a 2 liter of Sprite or 7up and Canadian Dry Ginger-Ale. Get a carton of your widespread frozen sherbert. (Citrus ones like orange and lime artwork properly). Scoop the sherbert into the punch bowl. Pour equivalent factors of the ginger-ale and sprite or 7up into the bowl over the sherbert slowly. Serve. this often makes approximately sixteen cups/4 liters. that's soooo goood. i admire that stuff.

Make a punch with sherbet, ginger ale (or sprite) and fruit juice. It's very good!
