my parents were highschool sweethearts and were married for 32 years. sadly, he passed away, taking his vow 'til death do us part' seriously. yeah they had their problems, but who doesn't?
why has this idea gone out of style?

I don't know and I was wondering that myself. I used to teach high school students and they never seemed to date or hold hands in the hallway. Dating is a different world for young people today.
