if me and me boy, Friend, were at a local eatery, and a half naked chick was all like, "Check it out!" with her everything hanging out.... Actually which half is naked? The bottom half? The top half? The... left half? I mean, if I was sitting to her right, I wouldn't think anything of it. But say me boy, Friend, over here, if he was sitting on her left side, he'd be all like, "Durr-drool..." Unless she was ugly! Perhaps. Perhaps.... But that's not fun to consider. It's all about the societal aspect. In spite of any aesthetic qualities this half-naked woman may or may not have, we would have to take into account the 1) societal mores and norms, and 2) the sanitary aspects of her nudity. Surely, the owner would be freaked out. However, it would depend on the type of restaurant. If you're at some dive and the manager's a huge perv, then I reckon nothing would go down, so to speak.
