well, you can have no interest during the introductory period only. as for credit limit, that is based on your income level and credit history.

I only use cash-back rewards cards, and the Chase Visa sounds to be a good fit for what you're looking for ...

Chase Free Cash Rewards Platinum Visa -- 1% cash back on all purchases. UNLIMITED rewards that can be redeemed in $25 increments. 0% APR on all purchases for 1 year.

this card also PAYS YOU to use it, as long as you are paying off the ENTIRE balance every month after the intro period.

I think what you're asking for is impossible.
Banks will not issue any credit with "no" interest. How would they make money without interest?
Don't shoot for "no" interest. Instead, look for low interest. For a home loan, think 4.5-6%. For car loan, think 5-7%. For personal loan, think 5-10%. For credit card, think around 10-15%. Stay away from credit cards with over 20% interest rate.

There is no such thing. Every credit card has interest, that's how they make money.

You need to look for the lowest rate.
