Ask a close female relative to have a private talk with you and explain that you feel like no one is listening to you and That you need support because of your changing body and hormones. More than likely she will understand and take you shopping.
When I went through it, I talked to my grandma because she understood me better. She was the first person to take me bra shopping and even helped me pick out the right size. She never critized me or laughed.

First, don't worry. Second, if you want you could ask your mom for help, she might be able to help you more than I can. Third, you should start out with a small bra. You can also measure yourself and the bra's tell you how big they are. Go to the little girl section in a store and look for training bras. Well, I hope I helped you some.

its an embarassing question for some adults too and though that shouldnt be their reaction, it is. tell them that you are serious and that you need direction, advice, support (no pun intended) to get through this awkward time. good luck.
