we often greet others or get our work done in our day to day routine life....we often used our presence of mind to make some one special or cheer up the whole atmosphere surrounding us.....and we often speak of these words like we often say ,"how do u do"....hav we ever noticed why we speak out these words and what r its consequences?

It almost seems that you are trying to insinuate that there are consequences to saying this phrase. I think it's part of the human condition to naturally greet others. It's human condition to care for others, and this greeting shows that we are taking a step toward the respect of that person.

In Japan, it is customary to say this phrase (in Japanese, 'Hajimemashite') to one another when first meeting each other. Without exchanging this phrase, something is truly lost between the two people. They really can't get to know each other without it. The adaptation of this phrase into our language shows that there's a mutuality between the two people. Even if they don't get along, just saying this makes a first impression quite memorable. If any consequence comes out of it, it is positive.

I’m with Revolutionary, but I think you are trying to ask what the significance of the expression is. It’s just an expression to inquire about the well being of someone else. Usually it is low key and we don’t expect more of an answer than “I’m fine”
