You mean, why do we have emotions like God? We were created in his image, so it makes sense that we would have certain traits.

However, I don't think you can describe God's emotions as "misunderstood, pouty, teenage girl emotions". That's an oversimplification and doesn't have any information backing up the statement.

He doesn't. We have Godly emotions, because we are made in His image.

If He seems pouty at times, it is because we don't understand Him. We need to read the Bible as a whole and not just some parts.

I have one of those here myself...LOL!!

Who knows...?
Their emotions go up and down just like elevators.
They all think that their lives stink if they can't have everything their spoiled friends have...
and parents are always the bad whenever they say NO to something.
When you're the parent of a teenage girl, you might as well resign yourself to the fact that your once beautiful, sweet little princess has now become a warty, demanding little witch...who, hopefully in time will evolve back into an older, and wiser beautiful princess once again.

I have a plaque that says:

"I'm NOT raising you to like me,
I'm raising you to like yourself." ;-)

Good Luck with your once and future princess.

First of all, your question is hostile. There's no need to be insulting and patronizing.

In answer to your question, emotions are more Godly than human. We were created in his image, not the other way around.

I believe that god is a force rather than a person and it knows all. I don't believe it's a person so I don't think it would have human emotions.

God was made up by humans for a quick fix to problems that weren't understood thousands of years ago.Not understanding weather, physics and astrology was very confusing to people,so a blanket fix all of a higher power put their minds at ease

You seem to be forgetting... it was God who made us - in His image. We know very little about God - except what He's willing to reveal to us in the scriptures. We are told His ways are not our ways and that His thoughts are much higher than our thoughts. Be careful of trying to conform an infinite God into a box your human mind is able to understand; we are not able to understand God. May He bless you with His peace. ~Nisa

Because he was invented by people. And people as you know are limited by their imaginations; they can only attribute human emotions to what they see around them, and to the things they create.

God made human in the image of him to feel like he feel and to know right from wrong

And what is wrong with teenage girl emotions? Better than "grown-up" ones.
