Electric Dehydrating This is the best method of dehydrating food. An electric dehydrator is energy efficient and can be operated at low temperatures needed to maintain nutritive values in the food. Your electric food dehydrator should have some sort of heat control and a fan to maintain air circulation during the drying process.

Always works for me good luck :)

I tried researching this online after going to a U-pick farm last year, and not a lot of sites recommended drying them. If you can find ways to use them fresh (like in a fruit crisp with some fresh peaches!!!), I think that's ideal. I'd be afraid to see how dried blueberries turn out texture-wise - I've never been fond of the little berry bits in pre-fab granola.

Buy a dehydrator. You can also make blueberry muffins, blueberry pancakes, blueberry waffles, blueberry bread. Maybe even blueberry cookies, blueberry jam. Have fun at it!

Get a dehydrator. Can pick one up at Walmart for about $30-40. Does great for other dried fruit and veggies as well as awesome beef jerky!

If you don't have a fruit drier put them in your oven on low temp with the door cracked open. Try making fruit leather. I'd love it if you could send me a big pie. YUM!!!!
