I use two computers with a router. Since I installed LimeWire on my desktop computer my laptop (wireless) getting very slow but the connection speed is as usual. Simply it takes very long time, and sometimes I am unable to connect. Is there any solution of this problem and does anyone have such type of problems?

My desktop has 1024MB RAM whenever LimeWire is running, Free RAM XP pro shows 10%MB RAM free (106MB). Please help me to find some good P2P software. I used to use Edonkey 2000 but I would like to get a better one.

You can not get around LimeWire slowing down your computer. The only thing you can do is exit out of it as soon as you are done with *wink* what ever it is that you are doing. You also go here: http://fosi.hopto.org/ to download LimeWare(typo) Pro. It has no spyware connected with it.

Downloading large files uses lots of bandwith (the internet stream between the router and the connected computers). The more bandwith limewire uses, the less there is to use on your other computer.

Limewire is a huge and invasive program that consumes a lot of resources. It's always on and always on-line. I had to un-install it to get my music and video applications to work right again.
NUKE IT!
