All these use the vous form, which is used when speaking to a person you don't know so well, or when speaking to more than one person.
Talk to me: Parlez-moi.
Stop: Arretez!
Come back: Revenez.
Hi again: Salut encore.
What's your problem? Quel est votre probleme?
No, you don't have to translate that: Non, vous n'avez pas besoin de traduire cela.

These sound informal, so I'm assuming you'd use the "tu" form with the person in question.
-TALK TO ME Parle-moi!
-STOP Arret!
-COME BACK Reviens!
-HI AGAIN Salut encore une fois.
-WATS UR PROBLEM C'est quoi ton probleme? or Qu'est-ce que tu as? (I think the first is quite quebecois)
