Why don't you Google "bergen county new jersey?" You'll get the county website, and there will most likely be a human services page. If not, try the New Jersey state website.

Try a dental school in one of your near by colleges. It is a dental student who would work on you, but it is cheaper for you and experience for them. Plus the instructor is there with them.
