Jesus said today I will see you in paradise. Before Jesus died people went to paradise or hades, after Jesus died and went to take the keys of hell and the grave, then people go to heaven or hell. After the white throne judgment, people will go to the bottomless pit or New Jerusalem.

Heaven, paradise was a holding place for the Old Testament Saints until Jesus came back and conquered death. He would have went directly to paradise and then went with the rest to Heaven when Jesus made it possible.

If that is what Jesus said, then I believe it. That thief gave his life over to Jesus at the last moment and made it in. Heaven and paradise are the same thing.

THE THEIF ON THE CROSS DIDN'T GO ANYWHERE, DUE TO
THE COMMA THAT WAS PLACED IN THE SCRIPTURE IN THE
WRONG PLACE, HAS MISLED MANY PEOPLE IN THINKING
THAT THE THEIF WENT TO HEAVEN/PARADISE. HE TOLD
THE THEIF AT THAT MOMENT IN TIME THAT HE WOULD BE
WITH HIM IN PARADISE, BUT AT A FUTURE TIME, NOT THE
PRESENT TIME. PEOPLE A QUICK TO BELEIVE WHAT THEY
READ WITHOUT DOING ANY RESEARCH!!!! BE ALERT!!!!!!
