like in Afghanistan where they wanted to execute a man for converting to christianity, or again, afghanistan for expelling christian missionaries, or say if a islamic newspaper showed a unfavorable picture of jesus, and christians trashed every thing to do with Islamic culture... and I know christianity isnt perfect either, so no need for that point, I just want to know, what would Muslims think, if we (westerners, not christians) treated Islamic peoples, the same way they treat us (westerners)

Uh... we do. Your question is a prime example. You singled out a group of people who is as diverse as possible, and accused them ALL of being a certain way. Muslims are being attacked in wars, in the press, and at the office water cooler. I think we've shown beyond any doubt that anybody, Islamic or not, is equally capable of being a worthless jerk.
I'm getting really tired of seeing ignorant questions about Muslims on here. Muslims are just like everyone else, and a great many of them really and truly are morally superior to the kind of people who ask questions like this. The Muslims that make the nightly news are freaks, yes, but that's news (which I should point out, is *entertainment*).
Is every Christian exactly like David Koresh? Is every Jew exactly like Woody Allen? Is every Black person exactly like Al Sharpton? Obviously not... they share one thing - heritage, not personality. Morals and values, terrorist inclination, bigotry, and all those other words just don't apply to large groups of people.

God I love "us versus them" mentalities. And those that take the exception and make it a rule. And those that point the finger and they say "no need to point".
And why are all your examples some "wrong" that's been done to Christians, then you turn as say "we" as "westerners." And FYI - don't group me in as part of "us", particular when you don't decide who "us" is. Thanks.
