No,I would feel held back.It would be an inconvenience, honesty you wanted. It would ruin my life. But if my partner was in an accident and ended up in a wheelchair I would unconditionally look after him,and stay commited to him no matter what.

Ok im a guy so I can't answer for sure this one but I would say it would put many women off.
However wrong it is, they would most likely be worried what their friends & family would think. They might wonder if you could still perform in the bedroom or not and as many people in wheelchairs can not perform excercise your body would probably not be what girls would consider sexy.
Unfortunately it is a fact that most people can not see past physical appearance when looking for a date.

I think it depends on the personality but i think that its hard to get to know someone in a wheelchair, i dont think that it would put me off dating a guy in a wheelchair it would deff. take some getting use to as i dont no any disabled people and havent been around people in chairs so that would be my only conern - that i wouldnt make an **** of myself and put my foot in it!!!!

If I was attracted to him. My sorority sister's husband is in a wheelchair and though they have some mobility challenges when they go out, they have a great loving relationship and are expecting twins.

Absolutely!! Wheels or legs makes no difference, it's all about the person not the mode of transport.
If you like someone, you like someone regardless of wheelchairs, disabilities, or even the colour of their hair xx

absolutely...I am married, so i wouldn't date anyone now...but that is one of those things you have to think about even before you get married...what if something happened to this person and they were disabled or whatever....being in a wheelchair doesn't make you less of a person....more often than not, it makes you more.

I did once, but he started yelling at me in the movie theater in front of everyone that I wouldn't kiss him.
That pissed me off that he would yell in front of everyone and embarrass me. He should have just been patient. Maybe he was just insecure, but I didn't need the yelling. My dad yelled allot and I told myself I'd never date or marry a yeller. So I dumped the paralyzed guy in a wheel chair.

Yes because why should they be treated any different? If I like a person, I like them. The only hold-back might be if they couldn't offer close relationships...

Of course! If I loved someone (or fancied them) it would make no difference at all.
