Hey check this oot- the next time I get chased by the cops...which happens pretty much every week for me...I'm totally gonna carry some beef jerky in my pocket. Some of it, I'm gonna munch, but I am gonna save some, for when they release the K9 units. When the dogs give chase and get close to me, I am going to bribe the dogs with the beef Jerky, then pet them gently, and then run the *&#% away really fast.

Could I be charged with Bribery of an officer, if they catch me (again)????

Is this a good idea, or what? : )

(PS- I am just kidding. I don't really get chased by the cops every week- it's at least once every couple of days). :D

Too bad police dogs are trained to ignore food or other distractions when they are chasing a bad guy. The only thing you are going to end up doing is choking on that jerky while the dog chews your arm off. Please have someone video tape this for us, it should provide a good laugh (unlike your post)

Incidentaly - I have never seen anyone who could outrun a police dog once the dog caught sight of them and was set loose to apprehend the suspect. I hope you have good health insurance, you are going to need it.

once the dog finishes the jerkey, he won't be your friend no more, so you're just gonna end up back at point A. Running with a dog on your @ss.

I like your idea, but why are the cops always after "yo' azz" in the first place?

Try it. I'd like to see what's left of your hand after you "pet them gently".
