The bible reveals how Jesus felt. How He responded to people. I would love Mel Gibson & Jim Gaziebl ? to make more movies depicting Christ. The Passion of the Christ was, is so powerful.
Regarding Mel Gibson, "All things work for the good for those who trust in the Lord.".

I don't think so.
I would like to deny what he did was b/c he is an actual bigot, but come on..who says stuff like that when they are drunk unless they mean it? It sucks b/c I totally think that Passion of the Christ was a great movie and it spoke to me.
The only explanation I can find for this whole incident is his childhood with his father. Apparently his father thinks the WW2 genocide of Jewish people was all a fake charade (I don't know how people can think this....btw), so maybe he was brought up thinking "bad jews, bad jews" and just let loose on what he'd heard? But unless you believe that stuff why would you say it?
I don't understand the racism behind Jewish people either, let alone any other race. I know biblically they will face persecution, but why does everyone hate them? Man, we are all part of the human race and you can't choose what nationality or religion you're born into.
This is going to be the downfall of not only Mel Gibson, but this is exactly where our lives are headed: down a path of utmost hatred for anything and anyone that is not the exact representation of ourselves.

I doubt a sequel, but can see a different direction his filmmaking will take.
It's difficult to predict what will be the next great Mel Gibson flick, but I would guess it's about healing and compassion among all religions.
We have to believe that all of us that have a religion, worships one God.
Perhaps all differences would tend to go away if we were drawn into a new movie about religions in harmony.
I know nobody cares about Peace and harmony anymore, but there should still be a little hope left?
Ya think?

There for the grace of God go I.
Let he who has not sinned, throw the first stone.
Mel Gibson is a high strung man who now has to deal with some painful issues. I do not gloat over what an essentially a very good man is now having to face. There is no doubt in my mind his drinking days are done and I hope and pray that people forgive him as he grows to the next level. Folks, he will now be a better man.

NO. Even though Gibson financed the first Passion without the help of and under criticism of the Jewish community the story is over. It will be interesting to see what happens to ol' Mel now

Dude, weak.
If there's a sequel, it'll be called "County Jail: The Passion of the Mel". The film's motto will be "Don't Drop the Soap, Pretty Boy"

What sequel? The movie ends with Jesus rising from the grave as He said He would. You could argue there's no need for a sequel because we're living it now, 2000 years later.
