Yes. Definetly. People should have legal rights to pursue someone for either criminal behavior or in the court of law for that type of negligent behavior. Everyone should have the common sense to protect themselves durng sex but in those extreme circumstances where a condom may break or they decide to go without than there partner should know full well what they may be getting themselves in to.

i wouldn't be stupid enough to get one in the first place, muppets.
if you didnt tell the person you slept with that you had STD which you new about, then the person you transmitted it to can get you done for GBH, take you to court, you could be sued or serve a possible jail sentence. Unless you're cruel and don't care about the person. I think that's an evil thing to do, to knowingly put someone at high risk of being infected, there's no excuse for that.
