~If it is true and your father has done nothing, he is as guilty as your stepmother and her brother. Tell your mother, a teacher, a doctor, a cop, a trusted adult friend (the parents of one of your friends) or call the hot-line (the number is in your phone book). If it isn't true, may you end up in a foster home or detention facility for lying about it.

I am sorry that this happened to you and that you were punished. Does your father know what his wife said and did? Where is he when you need him? What's wrong with his priorities here? By all means, you need to go to someone you can trust with this problem. I don't know how old you are but find a teacher, counselor, police officer , caseworker at the Department of Children's Services or Child Protective Services and tell them what happened and then what your stepmother did when you reported it to her. Do it now!!!!! It's time we all take a stand against molesters and stop making the victim seem guilty!!

It would have been easier if you had written this more clearly. Are you saying you told your father, who told your stepmother, who denied he would have done such a thing, and your father punished you?

You need to report this to some other adult.

You could talk to another relative, or call a help line, and they can advise you.

How would I feel? I would feel pretty awful about it, I'd imagine.

But you shouldn't be subjected to this, and the brother should be stopped. You are probably not his only victim.

I'd consider contacting the police and filing a legal complaint against the guy.

Listen, it sounds like you're in a terrible situation. I'm really sorry that you're having to deal with this. Your father, of course, should always stand up for you and his new wife has no right to punish you. Just stay out of her way (and all her relatives!!), focus on your education and a career path and know that you can get away eventually (and be proud of who you become). Take care.

That is a horrible thing to have happen, and I'm sorry it happened to you! I have been through a similar situation. I was molested by my step grandfather and two cousins and when I told my mom she said I asked for it and it was my fault.
I eventually told a counselor. Maybe you should find another adult that you trust and tell them what happened. Do whatever you have to do to make sure it doesn't happen again.
You could also call child protective services at 1-800-4achild

I'm sorry that your Dad didn't believe you, sorry that you're in a very messed up family.

What about your mom, Please talk to your school guidance councilor, Grand Parent, Aunt.

Pick up the receiver of any telephone, call the police, make a formal complaint against your Dad, Step-Mom and that nasty offender her brother, tell them about everything that has happened. He sexually assaulted you once what's to stop him from doing it again, especially now that no one wants to believe you. Make him pay, he should burn in hell for what he has done to you.

Get the Police involved as soon as possible.

mJc said it BEST !! Maybe if you could somehow record her when she says mean and ugly things to you behind people's back. A preacher would help but the way things are today, GO TO POLICE( mostly a detective, they helped me more than the police). If it was me, I would bust the man kneecaps with a bat! Having parents that would even " think" that it's your fault or asked for it ARE NOT PARENTS !! I was one of the lucky ones to have a mother who didn't force me to go back around my step grandfather when he tried to molest me!! Tell someone you can TRUST( key word)!! Don't let this creep get away with this at all !!

Where is your father on this? You should tell someone who can help you and not your stepmom. Tell him that you are serious that if this will not be dealt with, you have no choice but to go on your own than to let someone do that to you. It should get any normal person to reconsider the gravity of the situation and confront it straight away.

Dont be afraid when you are with your stepmom`s brother. Act defensively and don`t let yourself be hurt in any way again.

yes call the police becuase its a case of rape the only probalme is depending on your court system in your state. the statute of limitations might have run out and they wont be able to prosecute him but i would still give it a shot.

hope for the best

Go to a trusted adult and call your local child welfare or police station. You need to take care of this situation before it goes any further. Good luck!
