At my house it's "Beef Roll-Ups". It's basically a wrap w. deli roast beef, blue cheese dressing, lettuce, shreded carrots, and some grated cheese (variety of your choosing). A beer will wash it down - a fine dinner for a darn hot summers day.

I am making a Cuban dinner,my kids are all half Cuban and they are all off work so I am preparing Palomilla[spanish steak] frijoles ******[black beans]arroz[rice] hot cuban bread and Flan a wonderful,caramel and creme with eggs,like a custard dessert and to wash it down sweet tea!My sons sure wish it were beer!They are 16, 17, and 18!
