I don't know of any websites... websites can be untrustworthy at times... Critical thinking is a skill that is developed over time and will come eventually... It can not be learned through a website. If you post or email me a specific question... I will help you work through it and also help you find the rationale for the question. Also, I can recommend a book... it is called : Saunders Nursing Survival Guide: Fluids & Electrolytes It is a very easy to understand book... breaks it down into simple concepts. I think clinical approach will be the best way.. Discussing how physical examination differs in such conditions and their biochemical basis:

1- Diarrhea
2- Vomitting
3- Perspiration
4- Blood lose
5- Urination

I'm a nursing student, and since nursing is assessment, You could focus on signs and symptoms of each electolye change.
