I have the really good friend and she is beautiful and smart and has a great personality,but she knows I like her and I need some good icebreakers or some good ways to get that elusive first kiss.

Well first I think you should ask her out, then go for a picnic or somewhere quiet and just talk to her and stuff when the time is right you can just give her a kiss =]

Just because she knows that you like her doesn't mean that she like you so before you go in for that "elusive first kiss" you should make sure that you two have the same feelings for eachother. The worst thing than a bad first kiss is bad first kiss + getting slapped.
If you are sure that she wants what you want i think you should take her out to the movies AKA make out heaven. Movies give off that sexy dark room vibe and you two will be locking lips in no time.

i think you should get to know her first and when you 2 r walking together talking about stuff you should say hey look at this! and point somewhere and lighty grab her hand and take her to where you pointed! this breaks the ice and adds flirtation in hopes of a hott kiss.if u wanna speed things up be romantic. say hi,invite her to the movies with you,tell her she can bring her friends and shell think youre considerate. hopefully this will help

ask her to go to the movies, do the arm over the shoulder move, then when you drop her off at her house, if she fiddles with her keys, say I had a really great time and then lead in to kiss 80% of the way. wait for her and kiss.

Yes, ask her out on a date. Or simply say hey would you like to go out with me and have some suggestions but allow her to pick the place, remember you want to make her feel comfortable and

flirt with her and see if she flirts back-- if she does it's obvious she's interested- and there are signals that girls give that guys don't always pick up despite how obvious the girl thinks the signals might be- don't go for it right away, hang out with her more but just as friends- you don't want to freak her out- ask her questions to show that you're paying attention to her but not too much or she'll think it's creepy.

thats a hard one. Maybe you could ask her out (as a friend) and only as a friend...make sure she knows that first. Then gradually keep asking her and maybe it will just take off from there.

Act like you are not that interested in her and she will come running after you. Seriously, girls like guys that are taken so they can "chase" . Its funner to get somethng your not supposed to. And if that doesnt work I would try to romance her at a nice dinner and if that still doesnt work just get her really drunk!
