My webcam pics look crisp on my harddrive but look fuzzy when I upload to an internet site. Which resolution should I use? What's the difference between them?

The higher resolution is better for the internet. It is fuzzy because there aren't so many "little boxes" that compose the whole picture.
got it?

What file formats do you save your pictures in? Try saving them as .PNGs if you can. Saving them as .JPG or .JPEGs actually takes information away from the pictures to save them as a smaller file size. .PNGs don't do that and are still fairly small file sizes.
