I don't know where you are getting your info, but it seems to me that you are getting your PPM (parts per milllion) and % mixed up.

CO2 is about 0.004% of the atmosphere. about 380 ppm. It used to be 0.003% when I was a kid.

That is a miniscule amount, but it has never been this high in all of human existence. It is true that it is cyclical in nature. The global temp is undoubtedly link to it because it follows it exactly. This is not true for any other gas in our atmosphere. Not methane, not water vapor or any other greenhouse gas.

The CO2 has fluctuated between 200-290 ppm over the last 700,000 years. Ice ages at the troughs and nice seasonal fluctuations at the peaks. Currently, we are at 380 ppm and true to form, the global temps are higher than at any other point on that time frame.

The co2 raise is not true. you would think that the co2 would be out of sight but it is not. 20.9 % ox. 1.1 % greenhouse gas ,and 78% nitrogen. with a measurement detector u will the co2 is about 1 to 2 parts per million. the greenhouse Gass is so low it is like the % I get on my saving at the bank.Almost nothing.they say that methane is very high and again bad data.

It's cumulative. A quantity of scientists believe that focusing on our whole cumulative CO2 emissions is a larger approach of quantizing the predicament than watching at 12 months-to-12 months alterations. They propose a highest of approximately a thousand gigatons of fossil carbon published earlier than we get into critical problem.
