You should be able to find books about calligraphy at your local library or at a bookstore, like Barnes & Noble or Amazon.

Any craft store such as Michael's, Yarn N Darn, or Pat Catans
sometimes you can even luck out and find them at such places as WalMart and KMart

You'll find more if you spell it "calligraphy." Try Dover books; they have a lot of good things like that.
