The Lord does not look at the things man look at.Man looks at the outward appearance, but the Lord looks at your heart.I will serve him all my life.

Good question, I'm trying to. Not everyone is asked to die for Jesus, but we are all told to live like and for him.

Honestly, since you asked, no.

I would live to help people be the kind of people this Jesus would have wanted them to be and that the Bible seems to indicate Jesus taught they should be. He at least seemed to have the right idea and that is something I can support with my life.

Yes it is hard, that is why it is the narrow road, few can tread on it. In our own strength, it is impossible. Only through the Spirit living in us and yielding to Him can we hope to live this most difficult life.

A better question is, "Who could live like Jesus?", not to imply deification or perfection, but isn't it all about the trying?

The answer is yes But one day in the not so near future you will be able to tell the true man or woman of God for they will be the ones carrying the Bible under their arm.

one of the best questions i have seen on here,i actually think about asking it all the time,to live for Jesus is great, although most ppl dont think they can because they have been made to believe that you have to sin,and everybody sins, but no one believes in the power of the Holyghost to keep you from sinning,or if they do believe in it maybe they havnt truly recieved it to experience it

Remember how Peter said he would follow Jesus to the death, and then denied him. You certainly are in good company.

You are so right...we all know that our walk is not easy but it sure is rewarding and well worth the wait. It will be over soon.
