1/2 cup smoked almonds

1 tablespoon minced fresh tarragon

DIRECTIONS:
Whip cream to soft peaks. Chop almonds in food processor. If desired, shred chicken or chop finely.
In a large bowl combine the cream, almonds, chicken, mayonnaise, tarragon, salt and pepper. Mix well and serve.

Ha. I used to like fish finger sandwiches with chilli sauce and cheese. That was when I was a growing teenager. Must have been a hormonal craving.
Sainsbury's basic range (simply?) fish fingers are 17p for a ten pack box. How is that for great value??!!
