i'm still having problems with putting pics from my dig to the pc.anybody have any suggestions on what could be wrong?(is the cam bad,or something wrong w/my pc?) please help.this is very confusing and when i succeed at doing it the first time no one will see my name on this again,so please help if you can.thanks a bunch

When you plug in the USB cable do you see a message from xp?
Can you take the memory stick out and buy a memory card reader(Usually easiest way)
Tell me how you are trying to hook it up

Hi, just try google picasa.
picasa is a Google's photo software. It's what should've come with your camera.
It can Edit , organise and Share you picture.
It's very easy to use and is free, just like Google
Download it free in here:

are you saying you downloaded some pics?
if you see a picture you like online, right click and go to save as
then choose wher eyou want to save it at (suggest desktop, easy to find)
