Doesn't that mean you are free?

"It is appointed unto man once to die, and after this the judgment." (Hebrews 9:27)

Is this not the message of the cross? It was the Son of God who died in our place, for our sins (Romans 3:23, 2 Cor. 5:21), demonstrating the love of God toward you, and how much you are worth to Him. Believe and receive His freedom and love through Jesus Christ.

Not everyone will, but anyone can. Today is the day of salvation. Will you? Have you?

It means that we do not have to suffer for our sins as Christ died for us. We can repent and be forgiven.
