Tapatio, salsa fresca, maybe a scoop of avocado, grated Cotija cheese. Squeeze some lemon or key (Mexican) lime on it. Yum. I like red snapper!

EEEWWW yuck. It even sounds gross. Fish and taco shouldnt be used in the same question if you know what I mean!!

I personally would put lemon, and tarter sauce on them - but that's what I usually put on fish in any form.
