my boyfriend wanted to have sex but i said no he got me drunk and... i passed out i woke up and felt really sore. how do i find out if he raped me? and advice on telling someone?

First, you need to go to the Police or someone that you trust and know that will help you. Then, you need to tell the person everything that you remember and tell them that you didn't know why you where sore afterwordas. Next, you need to go to an OBGYN or the hospital and get a rape kit taken. After you get the results, you need to take it step by step and if he did rape you, you need to get his *** locked up.

Sounds like rape to me. You need to call the police and/or go to the hospital and have a Sexual Assault Examination. Do not change clothes (or bring them with you if you have changed). Also, do not shower or otherwise wash your private areas.
Time is of the essence. Please get to the hospital / police right away!!
Trust me on this one, I've got over a decade in criminal justice work.

First ask him, then go to your doctor or hospital and get yourself checked out . If he did rape you , report it immediately.

he got you drunk? so he forced you to drink and pass out? cmon...you are responsible for your own actions, you got yourself drunk. You probably said yes while you were too.
dont blame the guy for your own actions.
