i have ibs with constipation i've tried everything to get relief i'm taking zelnorm,i've tried laxative,fiber,supositories
nothing helps i'm bloated and in a lot of pain
does anyone have any suggestions?

I have IBS with constipation and I feel for you for I know what you are going through. I take four different medicines for mine. I take fiber tablets (I hate the liquids) 6 aday (that helps with the constipation), acid reducer (buy Wal-Mart brand - cheaper and easy to find), Nexium for the indigestion and acid reflex, and finally I take I can't remember the fourth - sorry! I might remember later if I do I will answer again. Hang in there!@

Im guessing its probably in simple terms twist of fate! yet i dont think of its as a results of fact of anal intercourse, yet IBS does sound probably. So i'd stick to up along with your healthcare professional. desire each thing seems all nicely suited!

You need a colonic so they can flush out what's stopping you up.
