Just ask her, if she likes she will say yes if she doesn't she will say no! But when you do ask her out have a plan of what to do, there nothing more annoying when someone asks you on a date, and then has no plans and asks you what you want to do!

How To Ask Someone Out

All you need to accomplish this task is an attraction to another person, the desire to tell him/her how you feel about them, and the willingness to take a risk.
Difficulty: Hard
Time Required: 5 minutes
Here's How:
1. Get alone with him/her or call him/her on the phone.
2. Talk about stuff.
3. Relax. Take a deep breath.
4. Smile (even if you're on the phone). Remember that s/he will be flattered by your question.
5. Pop the question: '[name], will you go out with me?'
6. Relax, pay attention.
7. Listen to his/her reply.
8. Don't interrupt!
9. If the answer was 'Yes,' congratulations! Within the next 24 hours, let him/her know how much you appreciate him/her.
10. If the answer was 'No,' that stinks, I know. Respect his/her decision and talk with him/her about where to go from here, especially if you're friends.

Tips:
1. Do something to make him/her feel special (send a card, give a flower, compliment him/her, write a letter).
2. Be confident. Believe in yourself!
3. Do not put your value as a person in their answer. If s/he says no, you're OK with yourself.
4. Know that there is somebody out there for you, even if the person you want right now isn't interested.

First off.. Do you have a good friendship? I wouldn't want to start anything unless you have a friendship and trust. Also, find out if you two have anything in common. If so, try to organize a way for you two to share the same interests. And also, just ask her out. You might want to come up with something creative too. But, don't take her to the movies. Movie dates are boring. You can't talk. Dating is to have a good time among friends until you're ready to really look for someone to marry. Go have good clean fun and enjoy life.

Also, always remember... Always, respect women, girls, and children. Always!

The best way to ask a girl out is being ourself and ask in your own way(NOT PICK-UP LINES)

Act real nervous and sweaty, bring a towel for dramatic effect. Tell her you're real shy, and it's taking alot of courage to ask her if she would go out with you for the evening.

Basically just start talking about anything, general stuff. If she seems turned off right away then I wouldn't ask at all. Anyway, then just casually ask if she'd like to do something together.

Is by just go out and tell her how you feel and make sure you be your self because if your fake then she will think that every thing you did or said was a lie.
