Is there somewhere I can download freeware that will let me play my DVD video's ?

I have a Bob Marley dvd and it is one of his concerts but I need to know is there anything I can do to get it to play?As well as CD's or is it easier to find freeware that will let me play a CD?

I would recommend using VLC Player you can download it here:
http://downloads.videolan.org/pub/videolan/vlc/0.8.5/win32/vlc-0.8.5-win32.exe

This program is able to play all types of media files including DVD's.

I like winamp to play cd's but that is my personal preference you can try it out here if you want:
http://download.nullsoft.com/winamp/client/winamp524_full_emusic-7plus.exe

They are both freeware programs.
