Most dogs will hunt something naturally (some stick to insects though). Any dog has to be trained to work with a human hunter.

Dogs adapt tp their environment, so you probably will have to train it to hunt, dogs as you know already have a heightened sense of smell, in order to make them a good hunting dog they will have to be able to focus their senses on the target and not just anyhing that wanders across their nose, as well they have to be able to retrieve and return you kill. So if your dog is raised in a huntung environment it will be a good hunter.
