I want to know if anyone else has experienced this.....there are times when I have been doing normal things, like brushing my teeth or reading a book or whatever, and I get this feeling of extreme FEAR just come over me... to the point that I want to hide under the covers. It usually only lasts a minute or so, but it freaks me out. Happened to you before?

Wow I am so freaked out. This happen to other people to? I was end of my nerves with sudden fear. Feeling of being watched?? I don't know.. I even took medications.. etc.. nothing worked. Then some one did a cleansing ritual. Holy water, chant and smoke. I was laughing the whole time. Well I 've never ever had the fear, cold-chill attacks again. I can't explain. Bad Spirits?? Some thing evil was luring arond me?? When people get angry around you for no reason, then you have some thing spiritual going on.. You have to counter act..

I seem to get that feeling a lot. If you take the time you could probably figure out what's causing it. I know my problems are what cause my fear. It's not knowing what's going on with me that scares me. and not knowing what to do or if there is anything i can do. I notice i'll get scared at noises or quick movements. It's like I'm trying to protect myself from nothing. very odd. Does this happen to you?

Something strange happens to me as well, at times. I am walking, mostly bare feet, and then there's this nagging pain in the middle of my left foot. It just happens. I have to sit down for a moment, because somehow, I have a weird phobia of losing my feet on these occasions.

On even stranger times, I just have the urge to get a member of my body amputated. No reason why, just strange.

Yea actually... and I don't know what it is either. The way you described it last only a minute or a little longer sounds the same as me. It's pretty scary. I'm not particularly fond of it...
